The problem
The draft budget was scattered across many documents whose structure was not designed for search or cross-district comparison.
Role and responsibility
I designed the data structure, built the website and created a route from each record back to its source document.
Process
I consolidated 78 files into a 10,948-record master dataset and built a search layer covering 50 district offices and central agencies.
Evidence
Search results point back to BMA-published draft-budget documents, with the method and totals-last-checked date kept visible.
Verified result
The live site supports search and comparison across 50 district offices, 78 source files and 10,948 master-dataset records.
Limits and unfinished work
This is draft-budget data—not proof of approval, disbursement or delivery. The platform is not an official BMA service, and no verified usage metric is claimed.
Latest status
Live. The platform states that totals were last checked on 27 July 2026.
