Committee summons powers
I contributed legal research, policy design and joint drafting to a 2024 proposal on House and Senate committee summons powers. The work considered reasoned notices, preparation time and protection for people providing information alongside stronger oversight.
My CV records this contribution; meeting minutes corroborate the role on 1 August 2024, without assigning authorship of individual provisions. The 2025 law with the same title has a different proposer in its legislative history; I do not claim it as the outcome of our draft.

Myanmar subcommittee adviser
House Subcommittee to Study and Identify Solutions for People Fleeing Conflict in Myanmar
I advised on the study and report concerning people fleeing conflict in Myanmar. The subcommittee drew on documents, meetings and agency evidence; its report was approved on 2 May 2024.
The published report lists me as an adviser, separately from members and the report-writing working group. My role was advisory, without claiming the entire study or report.
